I recently was seen at Lake Shore Hospital, Shelby Michigan 49455 and went into emergency for a nicked vein I had it cauterized and one stich. I did not ask for a lady from the dr. office to call me. Now they sent me a bill for $18.00 and I'm suppose to pay $5.00 of it. I didn't call them! they called me! I am not responsible for the bill or any part of it! My Dr is Dr. Roberge from Whitehall, Michigan.
