If you're looking for doctors who are legitimately concerned for the welfare of your children and not just trying to rush you through to get to the next patient, Dr. Smith and Dr. Ware are the right doctors. They take their time with their examinations while making the kids feel comfortable. Dr. Smith has a great rapport with our entire family. He always listens to my concerns and what I like best is that he takes into consideration all of the factors before coming up with a plan of action/diagnosis. We followed Dr. Smith from his previous practice because the thought of him not being our pediatrician made me extremely sad. It's an amazing practice!!

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

My daughter hasn't been a patient here very long, but I am already impressed by their doctors and staff. I have a unique situation, that they have handled very well. My then 6 week old daughter and I were evacuated from Japan after all the devastation there without here having any vaccines. I immediately started looking for a pediatrician for my daughter and was chose Pleasant Hill and Dr. Ware on the recommendation of a friend. They have treated me and my daughter wonderfully even though they kno we will be returning to Japan. When I had a health concern on a Saturday morning, they quickly connected me to a nurse who just as quickly conferred with a doctor and put a worried first time mommy at ease. Not only is the doctor great, but all the staff I have interacted with is equally as terrific.
