No follow up instructions after surgery. Didn't see moore for 5 weeks after, only the NP and they don't seem to communicate. Begged for help managing pain. The head of Moores pt staff, rich mcgrath, is egotistical, hateful. If you're female, under age 30, an athlete, and blonde, you'll get help with PT. Amazed moore allows this for his patients.

Depressing office,staff, and depressing surgical clinic...can't believe they can legally operate there. Poor follow-up care, did not see Moore for 5+ weeks after surgery. Only saw his NP and PA. Very little help with pain management.

Good surgeon, but little interaction with patient even post op. All appts with his NP. New staff every 2-3 weeks. Crazy place. No help with pain management. Rudest most hateful head of PT I've ever seen.

Excellent surgeon. However, staff provided no after care instructions after leaving his surgery clinic. Very little help managing pain post-op and during the rehab process.
