It was very obvious that they spent a lot of time decorating the place and making it warm and inviting for the residents. I felt a lot better leaving my loved one at a place they'd feel comfortable. They always make sure my loved one's room is clean and well kept. They understand the importance of keeping residents' rooms clean. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. In addition to offering 24-hour care, which is really important to me, they have a wonderful staff that is always ready to help my loved one right when they need it.
