My Mom has been at the Palms at Lake Spivey for a little over 2 years. She is happy & we (her family) have been very pleased. The staff is always helpful & knowledgeable. The attitude of everyone is uplifting & smiles abound. We looked at and interviewed the staff of 17 other facilities before placing Mom at the Palms. The atmosphere is pleasant, the odor is non existent (can't say that about most of the assisted livings we visited) and they encourage her to participate in the activities.
