I would like to thank Gail. I live in warner Robins Georgia and called to find out closing hours. My daughter was driving from Valdosta to Moultrie for work at Colquitt Regional when her lens fell out because of screw. She was driving and trying to hold in lense. They were to close at 6:30 called back and explained Gail said not a problem she would not be able to close at 6:30 because she was helping a customer and for her to take her time she would wait and she did. I am so thankful to her because what I did not tell her is my daughter is an ICU nurse and needs to see because there are lives to save. Thank you so much Gail and may God bless you and your family for your good deed. Kudos to you for helping all.

The optometrist who works here is amazing. She was patient, informed, and very thorough. I was in and out in no time, and she answered every question I had with no hesitation. The Vision Center on the other hand, was much less helpful. While they were very kind in person, as I tried on frames, they were not accommodating when I called back 2 months later. While trying to order contacts and glasses from an outside provider, I contacted this Vision Center in order to obtain my prescription. I called several times this week, September 27th, 2015, and every time they refused to help me understand my prescription. I was told that they could not help me with understanding the prescription, as I was ordering from another retailer. I had to make several calls to have them fax my prescription to me as I am not in the city. Overall, I found them to be unprofessional enough to deter me from visiting this Vision Center again.

Worst eye care center I have EVER been to. Out of the four people working there, ONE was nice. Very rude and unfriendly on the phone as well as in the office. They do NOT follow up as all other eye centers do. The so called optometrist was 45 minutes late for a 9:30AM appointment.... unprofessional?
