I had a very bad nose and was very nervous about getting it fixed -- I was reluctant and nervous, and for a long time I thought I wouldn't bother getting it fixed. I had gone to other consultations but didnt feel comfortable letting any of those doctors operate on me. I went to one final consultation before giving up, and was SO giddy and excited upon meeting Dr. Jacono, because I knew he was definitely a perfect fit for me. He completely understood how I felt, in addition to understanding exactly what I was looking to fix and change. I was downright excited to have him as my doctor. I wasn't nervous going into surgery, because I knew he understood what I wanted, and I knew that if anyone knew how to fix my terrible nose, it was him. Nine months after having him fix my chin/nose, I couldn't be more pleased -- I love my new face, and I think every day how lucky I am to have found him and to have trusted him. I can't believe how much I love my new nose -- he somehow knew exactly what I wanted and that's what I got!

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They let me look through a ton of before and after photos from other patients, and offered them to me before I even asked to see them. It was obvious that they had nothing to hide, and were proud of their work. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Did the cosmetic surgeon allow you to see other patients' before and after photos?
Absolutely! They gave me some to look at before I even asked

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
Completely!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
