very upset no help from you on my wifes problems with her glasses and again mine are the second pair of 3 that i got there and the screws have to be tightened every day and that is a pain

The optometrist was nice but ordering my glasses was a chore. Of course the kept on pushing my wife to get the most expensive options available even though she kept telling them exactly what she wanted. When I went in to pick up my glasses one of the lenses had a scratch in it and they gave me the run around when I wanted the lens replaced. They finally agreed to it but took double the time to order a new lens than it did for my glasses to be made in the first place. Every time I called to check whether or not they were done the phone would just ring and ring with no one bothering to pick it up.
