For the past five years I have been extremely pleased not only with Vision Works’ optometrist but their lab’s ability to make my extremely complicated lenses right first time, rather than having to go back for an additional eye exam and another set of lenses.

I received a full eye exam and was given a prescription for new progressive glasses.When I first tried them on, I still had blurred vision in one eye, so I went back. I was retested and a new prescription was given and I got the glasses back with the adjustment. I still had trouble in the same eye, but was told I had to wear them for 2-3 weeks for them to take effect. I still had problems with the glasses, so I went back a few months later and got another full exam including dilation. Now I was told I had a small cataract that was affecting my vision. Had the first exam been done more thoroughly, I would not have a $400 pair of glasses that do me little good. When I commented to the doctor about this, he didn't have anything to say.

The most uncomfortable experience. My eyes were very sensitive to the eye pressure machine & the optometrist lady there seemed very annoyed at me about it. She had so much attitude with me, very cocky & made me feel stupid when I asked questions. I will NEVER recommend this place or go back. Prices are great, but NOT worth the humiliation I went through.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
