I had an appt scheduled and confirmed and when I got there they said I had my appt wrong and told me to reschedule. I have been going there for 5 years because I like the optometrist but even she cannot out weigh the incompetent staff at walmart vision center. Every year they always screw something up when ordering my contacts. I thought I was getting a better price on contacts and I have now realized that my new optometrist prices are the same. Avoid the headache and go somewhere else.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
I have been waiting for my contact lenses for the past 3 1/2 weeks. the first time the got my prescription wrong. when I went back to try to fix it they said they wold take care of it and re order contact lenses with the right prescription. I didn't hear from them for two weeks so I called to find out why it;s taking so long and it turns out they didn't make my order. I am really upset and now I have no contact lenses!!!
