Was called to jpick-up my glasses yesterday @ 5:45 by today between the hours of 11:00 am - 5:00pm. I arrived @ 10:55 am to find the store closed.
I tried asking if any one knew if they were opening or out. I was told they are a separate business from Walmart. They finally arrived at 11:35am & I was told they could only hand me my glasses thru the gate - not fit them
for me - $400.00 for 2 pairs of glasses - no insurance. They would let me know when I could get them fit when they re-open. I brought them home & tried them on - can not see thru one of the pairs!!! I', been told too self shelter in place for my job - 75yrs. old but Vision Centen felt it was OK for me to expose myself to all the people in Walmart. NO HAPPY - WOLD NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

Yes

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
