They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Dr. Yu was in the Statesboro location last year. He left and came to this location. Now, he wants me to pay 25 dollars to get MY prescription, because he left it in a storage in Statesboro. There was no notice to me that he was leaving. They say there was a sign on the door, but who looks at the Vision Center when they come on a normal trip to Walmart.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
