I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
