They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

The people were very helpful and professional, as would be expected of a Walmart Facility.

However, when it came to getting the glasses, my wife went back several times when they said the glasses were ready, only to find they were the wrong prescription. The lady said, "the prescription is correct," but my wife could not see with them..

They reordered two or three times, over a period of a couple of months, and we finally said we wanted our money back.
