The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I was in desperate need of glasses and wanted the convenience of getting them at my appointment. You can imagine my disappointment when I realized they did not even sell them. I was not pleased. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call.
