THEY rescheduled 2 times. I was running late and she first told me that they would hold the appointment for 15 minutes. That changed to 10 minutes when I got there at 11:13.
Johanna? Was extremely rude and basically said I was NOT going to have an exam today because the Dr. Was running late. Huh? She was argumentative with me and finally told me "I don't have time for this shit, and hung up on me.
RUDE and extremely angry. I will NEVER go back there again and I'm sure Johanna? Works there because she can't find another job that requires customer relationship skills.
Find somewhere else to go!!!
