I can not say enough how much my husband, son and I LUV the Doctor (long blonde hair) and her assistant Katherine! They rock in service and care. If you just had to deal just with those two I could/would go on about going to the Canton Walmart. BUT..the sad part is to GET any merchandise such as glasses or contacts you have to deal with the very rude (short dark skin guy) or one of the two bimbo females. I ordered new scripts for in an existing walmart pair of glasses and 3 months worth of contacts. When the (hardly English speaking ) girl called she didn't even have our name right, had to keep telling her who she had called. When I got there to get my sons glasses the same girl pulled out 2 different customers glasses (to which I had to keep saying no, not ours). After going BACK to her computer she finally pulled ours out. I asked while she was standing AT the cabinet (where customers orders were held) if our contacts came in also (6 boxes! cant miss 6 big boxes!). She said she had looked (yeah, right never saw her) and they were not in. I continued to call for the contacts. On the 4 days after getting the glasses one girl placed me on hold, came back and said no but she would call as soon as they were. I continue to call checking and on the 11th day I am told by the Spanish girl, "Oh! they have been here for a week". A WEEK??? That would be the same day the glasses were picked up, and what about all the other days I was calling AND being put on hold "for them to go look"?? After using this walmart for the past 2 yrs this is by no means our first service issue with the glass "area" employees. Not leaving Walmart because of the quality of glasses and Great prices, but you can bet (!!!!) the Canton Walmart is NOT my eye center after this last go round.

Without getting into too much detail....the vision center inside the Wal-mart at riverstone knows the true meaning of phenomenal customer service. The assistant manager Sadique went above and beyond to assist my daughter with her vision crisis. She keeps raving about the super nice guy who helped her with her glasses. Thank you Sadique you have created a raving fan of the vision center. Every business needs such a compassionate and friendly employee.
