Horrible!! I came to help my son pick out glasses and had a face covering, but the refused to let me in unless I put on a mask with my plastic shield!
My doctors said this covering was fine!!!
I can’t wear the other type of covering! So I’d not come here ever again!

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free.
