It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment. I was impressed from the first moment I entered for my appointment and sat in their very comfortable waiting room chairs.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
