Have been going here for my eye care for over 5 years, and I haven't been disappointed yet. Staff seems curteous and are very thorough in answerings your questions. Wait time was minimal each time. I would definitely recommend the Vision Center in Rock Hill Walmart to anyone.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their eye equipment was state-of-the-art and really sophisticated. It's so much better than other optometrists I've been to.
