well It's been a year since our service here. We had our eye exam and got our glasses here, me and my husband. We paid PREMIUM pricing for NIKON lenses and in just a few months realized they NEVER put Scratch resistants on our lenses...it's been a year and our both pairs of glasses have so many scratches it's hard to see. We are looking elsewhere...how could they not have put that protectant on or told us we needed to pay extra for it when we paid over $400 for the lenses per glasses over $800. not again

The optometrist was very nice and pleasant. The rest of the staff was just ok. Not rude or anything but indifferent. Had to wait a while and there was not any good place to wait. A few uncomfortable chairs was all and the store was busy (which it is often.)
