They are pretty aloof and indifferent, bordering on rude. My daughter had problems with the comfortableness of her contacts, and the employees worsened the situation. My daughter doesn't wear contacts because of that.

Personally, I was told the payment was going to be less than what I was charged for my eyeglasses. They were short and rude with me also. My wife said not to go there after my daughter's fiasco; I should have listened.

But they are so, so convenient. Ugh...
