That was my first and last time at this vision center. I would never visit this office again. The Doctor was really cold and standoffish... it was just not a pleasant experience for me. He may treat others different, in fact that was my observation.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.

I had no experience with the doctor; strictly with the Visioncenter. I was simply there to buy glasses for my son and was made to feel like I was someone ignorant who had never been inside a store. The older black female associate wanted to argue over me not having given her the prescription before looking at different glasses. There was no one available when we walked in so I had my son try on some glasses while we waited. Then when she asked if she could help, I told her we needed glasses for my son. Her response? Well, you're looking in the right section. When I asked her to help me find some larger sized glasses, she again said to keep looking. She didn't offer any suggestions, or direct me to any brand or any glasses she thought would be a good suggestion. She instead wanted to argue and suggest that I had never pruurchased glasses or the previous stores I had been to where not optical professionals. For the record, I had previously been to Carolina eye center, LensCrafters and Northlake Optical just days before and had very positive experiences with them. I finally told her I didn't want to battle with her over my process and procedure of not giving her the prescription right away.
I am embarassed that I kept thinking the experience would get better or it was just a bad moment, but then the other associate she sent over to "help", also responded with "well, you're the right section". Again, not helping me filter through the entire men's section. Humiliating a customer reflects on you more than me.
