I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I had to go back 4 times before they got my prescription for my contacts correct and then they gave me glasses with the wrong prescription also. I will never go back again
