Everybody was professional, and Mitch was a delight to work with. (In fact, I trust him more than the Costco optometrist whose prescription for my computer-glasses was wrong. Mitch saved me a trip back to her and fixed the script so I'm comfortable...actually joyous!...typing this now online.)

I heartily recommend The Vision Center in the Blair Mill Road Supercenter.

It's clean, efficient, friendly AND they make great glasses. My distance-vision ones were perfect right away.

Mind you, I'm a novice. These are my first prescription glasses (at age 68...). I was hesitant to get progressives, but I'll be going back for them in a few months. I trust this place, especially Mitch.

I had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Willow Grove. I saw Dr. Harchuska and she was both thorough and kind. I interacted with a few different employees from the time I checked in until I paid and all were incredibly helpful and nice. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a while- everyone was accommodating and friendly, it was great.

Everything was great until my lenses were place in glasses, person who adjusted frame bent them a few times, I had to re-order new frames after still got stuck with the same person adjusting them and he bent those as well. I ended up going to another WALMART to have them fixed only to realize that i can't see out of the glasses. Will never mess with walmart vision center again.
