I've been here 3 years in a row since I have moved back to the Easton area and I have not had a bad visit. Prescription has always been right on, my frames have lasted more than I had hoped for and they even fixed my old frames when I needed a new prescription so I didn't have to purchase new ones.

I had a visit with the doctor he claims that I am near sided. Which I can see in front of me just not distance.Dr proscribed contacts for 20-30 vision told me not to put them in until another hour. When I got home I waited the hour to inserted the contacts only not to be able to read the business card in front of my face. I had called Wal-Mart vision they told me to come back down,Dr said you need bifocals over the contacts.. What he is going tho do now is change my left eye contact which was the 20 to monovision lens.the next morning I put them in my eyes were so red I had my supervisor questioning me couldn't see my computer screen at all. I called Wal-Mart vision to cancel my prescription and they are now telling me I need to speak with the store manager.

I have never seen a vision place that is filthy as this location. There is layer of dust everywhere! The cleaning products (brooms) is displayed as soon as you coming into the store and empty cardboard boxes were piled up and looked unappealing.

It was really disappointing when I called to change my daughter's type of contacts, and instead of letting her try several before deciding, he made her get a certain kind. I asked if that could be remedied, I was told no. She liked the new contacts, (which unfortunately are rather expensive, which is another issue with not being able to try out different ones). So I ordered them online through a Walmart affiliate, and I was just informed that the Dr. would not okay them! I don't know what the problem is with this Dr., but he is surely making it hard for my daughter to get comfortable contacts from a place we can better afford..
