Did not have a good experience at the Vision Center with Nathan Griffin, manager, eye department. Took the glasses in I previously bought there to have the arm repaired and to purchase contacts. When "they" returned the glasses to me they were in four pieces. I said I wasn't leaving with my glasses like that. From there on it was very clear that Nathan was discriminating against Hispanics. He was rude, disrespectful and condescending to me. The glasses, after much effort on my part, were repaired when I left. When paying cash Nathan's comment to me was "You mean you don't have insurance". It was terrible experience.
Great experience at Vision Center the rep was Nathan and he was very professional on the phone as well as in person. Helped me pick out the style of my frames also. I give him a 5 star he was all you want in a rep. Great personality and very professional... I found that not to be the case when I returned to pick up my glasses, it wasn't his shift and I have to say night and day on the service. So go when Nathan is in....
