Dr loveland is good but needed to see her only one time and rest had to deal with employees which were pretty bad, one guy with spikes and blue eyes looks foreigner very non professional and ill mannered. had to go to shop and he attended me 3 times with so bad behavior..... he should not be dealing with customers. Dr loveland needs to pay attention and put cameras in shop and see herself how her employees are doing for her own good....

They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their eye equipment was state-of-the-art and really sophisticated. They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that they had about different types of contacts. They were so helpful that they even recommended a brand that they thought would be appropriate for my lifestyle. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
