Bait and switch tactics. Gave all my insurance information in the phone. I got there and was told they didn’t know what my insurance covered so I MIGHT have a $198.00 charge. Vision works in Seabroook with same insurance is a $20 copay. I’m elderly and will not be taken advantage of. Stay away from these hustlers.

I not only called but went in and spoke with one of the ladies about getting new glasses. I showed her the exact frames I wanted and all the extra amenities (blue light filter and no glare) and asked for a price. The quote she gave me was 119.99. Perfect but I couldn't pay in full that day so I had to go back. I went back today and worked with another lady. She then quoted me 160.00. I explained the situation she the manager told me that I must have miss understood. I told her I wanted the price I was quoted. The manager told me that I couldn't get the lenses I wanted with the frames I had!!! Why not!? they other lady said I could. Well long story short. The manager told me I was wrong and I understood. Never did it occur to her that her employee made a mistake. Needless to say I took my script and my frames and walked out. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be talked to and treated like a child being scolded by a parent.

I found the staff very helpful and patient while I looked for my frames. I ordered my glasses but 3 things bothered me. 1: I checked the availability of the frames I wanted online but when I arrived at the store the selection wasn't there. 2: I was quoted a price over $100.00 more then I was online and 3: I tried to reach them and found that there was no answering machine to leave a message regarding my glasses. I'm on the fence on whether I will be back. I like the people working there but I feel that this whole thing was just a way to get more money out of me by reducing the selection of frames and not honoring what I was quoted online. In many ways I'm disappointed.

I went to the rochester nh walmart, the optometrist was rude and told me I had brain damage from not getting my eyes tested sooner, told me if he could he would take my license away, and that he needed to talk to my mother, I am 28 years old and a mother of 2. I can take care of myself. that dr needs to be disciplined. he was very rude and mean to me. how dare he tell me such things. then directed me to the most expensive frames in the place and tried to have me get added extras that I know I dont need. not happy with this place at all. I walked out.
