My experience with Ms. Bates was completely worthless. After four visits, openly reaching out for any advice and grasping to find a light at the end of the tunnel, I was going nowhere and getting more and more disappointed.
Ms. Bates is nice but never talked, even failing to respond to many open ended questions. Her greatest concern seemed to be when I would schedule my next appointment. I would’ve been better off talking to a cocker spaniel and donating $400+.
