Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me especially when it came to billing. One of the girls was sort of rude and would not even take my secondary insurance. She thought I was naive about insurance coverage when indeed I deal with health insurances at work on a daily basis. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
