Ok massage, but didn't really listen to me when I told here where I needed to be massaged. Pushed the cupping thing a bit too hard.

It was an okay massage, but for the money, I don't want just an okay massage. The office was in a building's basement, not entirely clean or well-kept, with her business card taped to the door in place of an actual sign. I've since heard that she hasn't been too good at keeping her appointments. Don't think I'll be returning.

Every single time I visit, they vary their technique so I don't get the same massage every time. They are extremely knowledgeable. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Reading below the reviews I have to wonder if some are real people? Bianca operates a private practice in Fairfield; theres no staff per say! It is her and one other therapist that works for her. I find Bianca an amazing therapist in massage and cupping! She books all clients/ patients 30 minutes apart for time for questions, concerns, rebooking your next appointment, etc! I have emailed her with questions and input in between appointments etc and she always gets back to me! She structures every session to fit your needs for that day and meets your goals. I orginally seeked her out for a shoulder issue 3 years ago; 6 month later pain free and I am still pain free and continue to see her regularly. No regrets! I would never go back to the spa way or the franchices where you are just another number. When I call she picks up and says, "Hey Laur--". You can't get that at these local establishments/franchises. And what therapist spends extra 10 minutes over the session if they don't have another client booked after...

Bianca is very knowledgeable, skilled and talented at both massage and cupping. However the way she runs her business is unprofessional with frequent last minute cancellations and calling in sick. Also in my experience the claim of 60 mins 'hands on massage time" is not always true.

Bianca gives the best massage I have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and has a therapuetic approach to massage. She also does cupping with great skill. I feel better every time I go and have recommended her to friends. Utmost professional.
