I had some health complications with my son while pregnant. Dr. Wright and his staff went out of their way to get recommendations from top SLC doctors. My son still ended up in SLC NICU, but Dr Wright helped me with all my concerns along the way

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Staff very understanding about life and willing to work with you. My husband lost his job and they were very understanding and still worked with me on payments and didn't hesitate!! Very comfortable and would go back again!!!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Yes, they were the fastest I've seen and very polite

The employees of Dr. Gary Wright and of course Dr. Wright himself were absolutely wonderful! The Staff members are a delight to be around and made me feel so comfortable there. They treated me like I was more then welcome to be there,and they showed me nothing but respect. And of course were very professional. Dr Wright is the best Doctors I have encountered and his many ( I believe 34) years of experience shows in everyway. My visits were quick and effecient, I didn't have to wait hardly at all for Dr Wright to get to me. The patient rooms had a very calming and homely feel to it which made it even more comfortable for me. I would recommend the offices of Dr Gary Wright to any female with the upmost confidence that they to will be as satisfied with their services as I was.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
