It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
