June has given me hope that I can change unhealthy eating habits. I am learning to control the food rather than the food controlling me. I notice a difference in the way I feel when I don't take my supplements, they really do make a difference! My weight loss effort is showing results, slow but sure, but that's a good thing. I want this weight loss to be permanent, and learn to eat mindfully and healthfuly, respecting my body so I can move and enjoy every day.

June Kuz has made such a tremendous difference in my health that I have made her part of the three-part team composed of my cardiologist, primary care physician and nutritionist. I trust her advice implicitly, and she always gives me the reasons behind her advice (as a retired lawyer, I tend to ask a lot of questions). I have successfully lost weight, learned better nutrition habits, eliminated the need for some of my medicines and feel I have the ability to live better as a result. I recommend June to anyone who wants to improve their health through better nutrition.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

No, there was no annoying music

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
