I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
