After reviewing the website for this and hearing all the ads on TV, I was excited about seeing a doc at this practice. Called to make an appointment, was placed on hold without waiting for me to say ok. After 10 minutes I continued to hold just to see how long it would take for someone to get back to me. 22 minutes later someone picks up the phone and asks how she can help me. I said, you can't. Just wanted to see how long you would keep me on hold.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
