I went in to the office to have my knee looked at. I had severe pain for several days, missed work and could barely move! The doctor was very thorough in his checking every possible cause and explained to me what he was doing and what the results would mean every step of the way. I was very pleased with his warm demeanor and compassionate concern for my well-being. I followed his recommendations and I have been pain free ever since. That's amazing! I highly recommend the services at this office.

I went to the Back Doctors with a very sore neck. I could not straighten up and face forward without great pain. After some relaxing massage, the doctor put some electrical contacts on my neck with some stimulating energy. In 10 minutes, I looked at the clock and there was no apparent change. After just ten more minutes, all pain was gone!!! It save me much pain and I was able to go about my day of work. Dr Williams has been very helpful many times since in relieving pain from car crash injury and strain. I would recommend his abilities without reservation. A+++ for his healing talents.

I was referred to the Back doctors when I was involved in an automobile accident. My wife drove to Watsonville from San Jose, in spite of my pain.
I was impressed with my examination, very detailed and accurate.
The treatment sessions were very comfortable, and I was never rushed in and out. After 2 weeks I feel like a different man.

I called the office # while parked in their parking lot to inquire about an appointment and hours. It was about 9am and seemed like parking lot was empty. A male answered and I asked what their hours were and his response was, Why do you want to know? I responded because I know you take walk ins, but would like to schedule an appoinment. His response was oh, what do you need? I said that I wanted to schedule an adjustment, so his response was, oh, 12 o'clock, but we have a busy day today, so I hung up on him. Worst service ever!!!!!
