I've seen chiropractors for years - even decades. I have stuck with Dr. Black for the longest time ever because his quality of care never changes. And he has never said to me, 'that's the best I can do' nor does he remind me that 'you didn't get this way overnight.' I've never known a bonecracker (sorry Doc, if you read this) who didn't want me to leave until I could feel some measure of relief. I have referred many people to him, and all have had stellar experiences. He seeks to determine the source of the pain and work on that. And he has a keen understanding of the brain's relationship with pain, and incorporates that knowledge in his treatment plans. Don't be in pain. Go see Dr. Black.
