It is not so much the Dr. that I had an issue with as it was the billing/office staff. Dealing with them is a complete NIGHTMARE! I had many of the same issues as the other review. I found out almost a year after treatment that a large portion of my bill was never sent through my insurance, and they also admitted to me that they forgot to bill me for this portion. I got greeted one day with a collection notice and accusation that I never paid a cent on my bill (completely FALSE! I paid in full the bill that was sent to me, which matched my insurance eob). All this, even though they admitted they never billed me for the new amount. Now they refuse to put it through my insurance because too much time has passed (which was not MY fault!) and have left me to deal with insurance and the collections company on my own. This company has failed in every aspect of customer service and plain decency. I would recommend that you save yourself a lot of trouble and go somewhere else.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Definitely, it was nauseating
