Dr. Poulin-Belair has been doing my eye exams for the past 12 years and I always enjoy my yearly visit to see her and the staff in Barrington. They do a complete eye exam, take their time answering any questions, and are very helpful when choosing new frames. Now that we have moved two hours away I still feel inclined to make the yearly trip to see her and get my eyes examined and check in.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had
