Found this dr on Groupon - Called and set up and appointment. He asked me to meet at his home office. Although it seemed sketchy I still understand that sometimes people work out of their home. The massage was nothing more than a "glorified rub down"as the previous poster said. It was unprofessional and extremely uncomfortable. He removed the sheet completely from my body and massaged my bottom in a way that a husband massages a wife. He literally was behind me spreading my cheeks apart. He bent my legs in a way that I was fully exposed. Being in someone's house in the basement I was scared to say anything. He also asked me if I wanted my chest rubbed. I replied with a fast NO! He touched me way beyond the normal upper thigh rub, grazing my pubic area several times. He didn't rub hard like a massage but more like a sensual rub down. He told me not to go through groupon and he would only charge me the 30$ but when I paid, he told me I owed 48$ (30$ for the massage and 18$ tip) which I was not happy with either. I left scared, uncomfortable and still in pain. I should of ran out of there the minute I realized this wasn't right. Lesson learned...Won't happen again!

If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have visited. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain.

Chiropractic treatment was thorough and good. I did not like the massage that was included. It was unprofessional and nothing more than a glorified rub down that benefitted the provider more than the patient. Being that I was instructed to be top less to get the most out of massage, I was quite shocked when asked if I wanted to turn over for 'frontal' massage which I quickly stated an emphatic "no". Would recommend for IDD therapy and adjustment, but definitely not massages.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The office was easy enough to find. The consultation and exam was extremely thourough, and he took more time with me than any of my past doctors ever did. The clinic worked with me on a sliding scale that fit my budget. But the most important thing was that for the first time in years I got relief. The doctor and his staff truly cared about me, and it shows in their attitude and manner.

First, the claims made by both Dr. Bob Waterstone and Dr. David where extremely over done. I went for numbness on the bottom of my feet. They claimed verbally that this treatment with the IDD was going to fix my problem. I asked Dr. David if this treatment can cure my impotency problem too? And he said that the same thing happen to him. That I was going to be alright when I am done with it. Then, I asked how about the middle of my back behind my hart on the spine sometimes I get discomfort in the past. He said we can add a neck IDD too to fix this problem too. I never had pain. I only had numbness. Dr. David said that I was going to do just fine.
After I finished the IDD treatment for my spine and neck I found out that I was getting more shooting pain on my body. I had to tell the technician not to put the infrared lamps on my belly because it feels burning to the point I could not tolerate any more. In addition the equipment snapped on me while doing the decompression by releasing all the weight on my spine. That was extremely painful I might say. I told Dr. David about my results were not satisfactory for me. He said that he will do what ever it takes for me to get better. Unfortunately when I asked if they could give this in written, they refused. Then, I went to a spine real doctor. He took MRI and found that there was no nerve compression anywhere in my spine. Then, I went to a neurologist to see what was this shooting pain and numbness under my feet. The specialist said I got poly-neuropathy. Than, I went to another doctor for a physical exam and he found I got diabetes. In a few words this doctors make claims that they are experts for so many years, but I wonder experts in what. Now, they took me to court after I refuse to pay the rest of the fraud. GE Money Bank is involved in this too. Known as Care Credit. When I told them about what happened Care Credit or GE Money Back took the position to protect this Doctors instead of protecting my the consumer for this fraud. I do not trust Chiropractics any more with one exception here in Lexington Kentucky I found a truly men of GOD chiropractic. Alelluyia , Amein.
