Been a client for several years. Called in for medication today. They said it would be ready in 20 mins. I came from Jersey to pick it up and the woman tells me they decided to close at 12:20 (when i was on my way and i told her that).. the website says 1pm & she said the hours are current on the site. I would make it around 12:30 based on gps. But she wouldn't stay. I have sent 20-30 people there over the years and have experienced a few other unprofessional/rude times, but that was when I lived in Nyc. Its much harder to get to their office now. I will never send another person or go back. There are plenty other places to get this medication from.

I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Dr. Gazit is very personable and friendly!
