They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.
