I have been seeing Dr. Frazee for 18 years. He has operated on both eyes for an eye muscle repair. He has also treated me routinely for infections and Glaucoma. The Quality of staff members has always been excellent. He is a truly professional and most competent physician. His demeanor has always been warm and friendly.I have always received prompt and efficient service.I have not gone to any other Ophthalmologist and would never consider changing since I’ve had nothing but the most friendly and professional experience with Dr Frazee and his staff.

They answered every single question I had, and made it clear that they are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so pleased with the warm reception I got here-everyone is so friendly! I really enjoyed my visit. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I did enjoy the seating they provided at this eye care facility. The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very compassionate to my situation. I have been a patient of Dr. Frazee for over 20 years. He has cared for my eyes through glaucoma (with and without medication); cataract surgery (left eye Dr Frazee; right eye Dr Passmore); a retina tear for which he referred me to and personally arranged an exam (Saturday) and emergency surgery (Sunday) to repair that tear; and standard checkups, each visit culminating with a personal exam and review with Dr Frazee himself. His staff is courteous and professional and is closely monitored by Dr. Frazee. His office appears to be populated with the most technically advanced equipment. I cannot imagine having better or more personal eye care.

I have already referred people here. I would recommend them to anyone in need of eye care.Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are warm, professional, loving and make the whole experience cozy. I feel right at home when I am here. I love that they are concerned with my eyes and always treats me accordingly. I have been Dr. Frazee's patient for many years and will never go astray whether I am paying with insurance or not. I get the best care and I trust this whole team with my eyes. I am currently being treated for glaucoma which was just detected and Dr. Frazee is saving my eyes and my life to see my children grow up. What more can I say? Don't trust my vision to anyone else-ever! I am a little old-fashioned and doctors like this are hard to find. Nothing but love and respect for this doc. Love it here😍-always!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Frazee for about 10 years and highly recommend him! I had a "questionable" eye condition that other doctors not only couldn't properly diagnose but prescribed eye drops that were completely unnecessary. It was such a relief to find an "old fashioned" type doctor - someone who you can completely put your trust in and feel comfortable with. He knows what he is doing.

Additionally, his staff is always friendly, efficient and professional. I am always taken quickly and have even shown up very early for an appointment and was taken quickly and with a smile.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. He did not spend much time with me and I thought he knew what prescription I needed before examining my eyes! He thinks he's that good! Receptionists and helpers are like robots, everyone afraid of making the doctor upset.
