I have a special needs adult child. I have been to several Psychotherapists in search of assistance and guidance in dealing with him day to day. She has helped me in ways I simply cannot explain, or go into details. All I can tell you is she is the best, very kind, excellent manner and a great deal of knowledge that is turning to be very helpful.
