Things went okay during our pet's appointment, but they could have gone a lot better. I wasn't completely satisfied with the services, see below. They did take time to listen to us, but weren't really honest about the prognosis. I know they are a teaching facility, but it seems the dog was more an interesting case.Being in the medical profession myself, there was more time spent explaining the "discharge summary". They could work on improving their level of customer service here.They were great at running up the bill with expensive tests, but not very practical about ultimate outcome for a 17 yr. old dog who had had massive stroke and several seizures. The waiting room here is spacious. I didn't feel like we had to sit too close to someone or that it was overcrowded.(?) The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average; the place is clean.Guess we paid for some more chairs for their waiting room. Our dog died 1 week later, at home, with those who loved her. I would never go there, nor recommend them. Yes, we are grieving Pet Parents.
