they killed my dog after having him less than 3 hours. Had my wife sign papers and told her that they will call her if he could not adapt, but killed him instead and I am very angry. I loss my only son and I will never see him again. This killing animals is inhumane and should be stopped. No one has the right to take a life but God.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. Unfortunately, they have moved their hospital to Boston, Mass. I would be one of their clients always if I dared to drive in Boston.
