When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They didn't really seem to be overly friendly to my pet. My pet didn't appear frightened, but I wasn't overly impressed. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Things went okay during my pet's appointment, but they could have gone a lot better. I wasn't completely satisfied with the services, but not unhappy either.

Never, they are very reliable.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future
