My cat has been getting chemotherapy there,he was doing good on first treatments,then the vet said he was not responding to first treatment and said there was another treatment,so I agreeded,well two treatments into the second one,wow he’s incomplete remission,but now my cat has head tilt and can’t walk without falling,vet there thinks I should give blood thinner in case he has clot.but says my cat should keep up chemotherapy and really not presume what the issue is causing the head tilt.come on what the heck ,this is not ethical,I believe it’s all about money.i will take my cat for another appoion.this is not a way to treat an animal and to say to put my cat on blood thinner say if he has a blood clot it will help if not then ok.then you have to wait a week before you get results or dischareg records.unaceptable.you get sometimes discharge or clinacal findings days later.or even a week never seen ultrasound pictures.something went wrong from last treatment.no more treatments experiments.

Rude staff and only care about money and not you furry family member. Would not use better care elsewhere.

I had adopted a pet and he was brought to me on a Sunday. I noticed he was coughing. he had been in a very good foster home. not at a shelter. I thought he was choking so I called my vet who had a recording to go to this business. my husband and I brought our dog there. He was much better by the time we arrived but i wanted to make sure since we were there anyway. I was greeted by a vet that looked like Santa Claus. He ignored everything I said even though I work in the medical field . he would look over me and speak to my husband only. They sedated my dog and said they needed an expert to review his x-rays. those were sent supposedly to someone in TX, (that was an additional charge of 125.00) he decided my dog might need surgery, I decided this guy was after my wallet after viewing the car we drove up in and the jewelry I was wearing. We went against his advice and took my dog home. the next day I followed up with my vet and found out my dog had some allergy action going on. he was fine. I have had him and loved him for several months now and have not had anymore problems. hes a great dog. Wish I could say the same about the vet at this animal ER clinic. I would never recommend him or it to anyone. We were charged hundreds of dollars for nothing at all.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
